Our association members participated in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Seminar organized by Başkent University Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department within the scope of 18-24 March Seniors Week.

18-24 March Seniors Week Geriatric Rehabilitation Seminars-5 was held on 22 March 2022 at Başkent University Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı Conference Hall. In the seminar chaired by Prof. Dr. Zafer ERDEN and Prof. Dr. Baran YOSMAOĞLU, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin DORUK, Prof. Dr. Selda BAŞAR, Prof. Dr. Z. Özlem YÜRÜK, Prof. Dr. Filiz CAN and Dr. Fzt. Reyhan ÖZGÖBEK made speeches about geriatric rehabilitation. In the seminar, our teachers gave valuable information about geriatric and geriatric evaluation, balance problems and falls in the elderly, physical fitness and exercise in the elderly, telerehabilitation in the elderly and care criteria in the elderly, care models and legislation.
